NFL Draft Video Profile: Patrick Queen is everything the Bengals need
The Bengals have needed help at linebacker for what has felt like an eternity. However, every year they have failed to address it early on.
Last year they took Germaine Pratt, who had a solid end to his rookie year, but Josh Bynes, who they signed to start in 2020, is nothing more than a stopgap, and they need to add another long-term starter.
With the struggles they have had at the position they need to add an athlete with good instincts, good block shedding, and some experience in coverage. Luckily for the Bengals, there is a player that fits all that criteria who may be available at their second pick.
Unluckily for the Bengals, that player also has one of the worst production profiles of any recent potential first-round linebacker. You’ll have to watch the whole video to see how his skills weigh up against the lack of production.
However, let’s get everyone excited taking a look at his athletic profile.
- Height: 6’0”
- Weight: 229
- 40-yard dash: 4.5
- Broad Jump: 125”
- Vertical Jump: 35”
