NEW BRAUNFELS Texas — The Comal County Extension Office is offering a wide array of classes online during the COVID-19 crisis.
Until it’s safe for us to begin offering in-person classes, this is the next best thing,” said Connie Sheppard, Comal County extension agent for family and community health. “The expertise and insight of extension agents from across the state is available in your home at any time, day or night.
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service offers free online courses which cover topics ranging from childcare to food and nutrition, as well as environmental resources.
Classes may be free or subject to charging rates similar to what they charge for in-person sessions.
